What are the payment terms?
We split payments 50/50 — half to start, half on launch. This keeps both parties aligned on success.
What's the typical timeline?
Starter: 10-14 days. Growth: 18-25 days. Brand: 30-45 days. Timeline depends on complexity and revision rounds.
What if I need more pages?
Additional pages are billed at $300-500 per page depending on complexity. We'll scope it out before any extra work begins.
Do you offer ongoing support?
30 days of launch support included. After that, we offer monthly maintenance plans at $500/month for ongoing updates and hosting.
Is hosting included?
We deploy to Cloudflare Pages as part of the project. Cloudflare's free tier handles most small business sites. We can manage hosting for $100/month if you prefer to outsource it.
